Tasty BBQ Chicken Wings

- 1 kg of Chicken Wings
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic crushed
- 2 green shallots chopped fine
- 1/4 cup of Old West BBQ Sauce
- 3 teaspoons of hot chilli sauce
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1/2 cup of water
- 2 teaspoons of corn flour

Directions
Mix all ingredients except chicken in a saucepan and heat until aromatic. Place in fridge to cool. When cool pour over chicken wings and leave in fridge over night. Once marinated put chicken wings on BBQ and baste with left over mixture.
- These go great with a crisp salad and some Razzle Berry Jelly! garnish with chopped lemongrass.
